About Our Services
ListReady LLC provides pre-listing property preparation services in Northwest Arkansas, including interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, lawn care, and handyman services. We coordinate and manage these services on your behalf through a network of vetted service providers.
Service Agreements
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by ListReady LLC are based on the information you supply at the time of your request. Flat-rate packages are priced based on property size as described on our pricing page. Handyman services are quoted individually based on the scope of each job.
We reserve the right to adjust a quoted price if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting. We will communicate any such changes to you before work begins.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not available and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled service will incur no fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted job total
- Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability and must be made as early as possible
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods listed in your invoice. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
Satisfaction and Service Quality
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of job completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
ListReady LLC acts as a coordinator and manager of property preparation services. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions at the property
- Damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind
- Loss of sale value, listing outcomes, or real estate transaction results
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Property Condition
You represent that you have the legal authority to authorize services at the property address provided. You agree to disclose any known hazards, fragile items, or special conditions that may affect service delivery.
Independent Contractors
The service providers dispatched by ListReady LLC are independent contractors, not employees. Each contractor is required to carry their own liability insurance.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Benton County, Arkansas.
