Why hire us?
As someone with a background in construction and real estate, I understand how to meet expectations and deliver on my promises. When my wife and I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2020, I had zero experience in construction or real estate. One of my goals in moving here was to have a fresh start. I didn’t have a career I was passionate about at the time and I really wanted to learn more about myself and what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
One of the things my wife wanted at our new house was a chicken coop. I’m not talking about a normal chicken coop either; what she wanted was more like a 5 star chicken hotel. Over the next six weeks I worked day and night designing it, building it and learning how to use all the tools as I went.
I remember the very last screw I put in before it was finished. I finally got to step back and admire what I had built with my own two hands; it was one of the best feelings I’ve ever had. From there, I turned my garage into a work shop and started building custom furniture and anything else I could think of to challenge myself.
Shortly after that I started working as a helper for a local real estate investor that remodeled houses. I quickly learned how to take a house apart and put it back together. Within 18 months I started my own business buying and remodeling houses here in NWA. I soon realized that finding good, reliable help was by far the hardest part. Dealing with this hurdle inspired me to create ListReady.
